Nebraska State Fair
The 2008 Nebraska State Fair will run August 22 - September 1.
Ak-Sar-Ben Livestock Exposition
The 80th Ak-Sar-Ben 4-H Youth Livestock Exposition will be scheduled for September, 2007 at the Qwest Center in Omaha.
More than 2,000 4-H families from an eight-state area participate in the Expo. Categories of this 4-H only competition for exhibitors, ages ten to 19, are Dairy, Feeder Calf & Breeding Beef, Horse, Market Beef, Market Broilers, Meat Goats, Market Lamb and Market Swine.
